Dear Valued Customers,

This is an update to align with the government’s Risk Adjusted Strategy Regulations as the country moved to Alert Level 2 on 17 August 2020.

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your valued support and would like to encourage our customers to contact us to service your needs in this challenging time.

Supply & logistics

Due to the COVID-19 impact and precautionary measures put in place in our warehouse, we will experience delays of up to 1 day based on our standard delivery promise. Therefore all orders placed before 15:30 will be delivered within the next 1-3 business days. Bulky goods such as 6 meter channels will be delivered within 3-4 business days. Our warehouse and Hilti Stores are fully stocked.

Our supply and logistics teams continue to monitor the situation and are taking actions to allay any impacts on committed order fulfilment. If you would like the latest update on supply of a critical order or specific products, you may contact our Hilti customer service (08000 23331).

Hilti Online

We are fully available for all your orders 24/7. 

Online shopping is the easiest and safest way to shop during this time. No freight charges will apply for online orders above R2000.

Hilti Stores

All our Hilti Stores are open, with maximum 1 customer in the store allowed. A minimum distance of 2m to be respected.

Tool Service

Our Tool Service Centre is fully operational, any repairs can  be booked in via our Customer Service Department  - 08000 23331 and on our website - www.hilti.co.za

All deliveries will proceed as per normal, but due to the COVID-19 impact and precautionary measures put in place in our Repair Centre, we will experience delays of up to 1 day based on our standard delivery promise.
