If you need it, we’ll supply it. No matter how simple or complex the order, our worldwide distribution network will make sure your order goes where it needs to go.

STANDARD DELIVERY

All orders placed before 15:30 will be delivered within the next 1-2 business days. Between 06:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday. 

FREE Shipping for all online orders over R2000, if order is below R2000, then delivery rate is R100 per order

Orders placed via Customer Services or Account Managers costs R200 for delivery.
Bulky goods such as 6 meter channels will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

HILTI ONLINE DELIVERY

Place orders on the Hilti Website before 15:30 and we will deliver within two business days with FREE Shipping if your order is over R2000. Good deal!

 

FLEET DELIVERY

All Fleet orders placed before 14:00 will be delivered within the next 1-2 business days. Between  06:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.

 

REPAIR PICKUP AND DELIVERY

Hilti tools are built to last. But in the unlikely event that a breakdown occurs, we will take care of it quickly and professionally.
You can book in your tool for repair online or by phone:

  • Most tools are repaired in 3 - 5 days (Door-to-door).

  • For tools that are out of the NO COST period, it is a flat delivery fee of ZAR200.

  • Fleet tools and tools within their NO COST period, delivery is completely free.
