1. What changes did Hilti make to the delivery rates and how will this affect my business going forward?
You can get FREE deliveries for online orders above R2000, for online deliveries below R2000 order value customers have to pay R100. The new setup creates much more transparency for our customers by just having one rate for all weight classes. Orders placed through our Customer Service and Account Managers was previously according to the different weight classes, this has been adjusted to a flat R200.
2. Previously, I paid R180 for repair delivery, why did you increase this to R200?
We aligned our delivery rates with the market. Our prices have not changed over the last 5 years.
3. Does the R2000 minimum order value for FREE online delivery, include or exclude VAT?
The R2000, minimum order value for online delivery excludes VAT.
4. How do I place orders online?
