Flexible payment options to suit you

There are a number of ways to pay for Hilti goods and services, and all of them are available to our customers*.

Credit/Debit Card

Hilti accept payment for orders and repairs via almost all Credit, Cheque and Debit Cards.

You can use your Credit/Cheque Card:

  • When using the Hilti Website.
  • When speaking to a member of our team in Customer Services (08000 23331).
  • In one of our nationwide Hilti Stores.

You can use your Debit Card:

  • In one of our nationwide Hilti Stores.

Hilti Credit Account

Anyone who has an account with Hilti is eligible to apply for credit terms with us. This means you can order goods on an invoiced basis, and then settle all of your invoices in one consolidated payment.

Two ways to apply for a credit account


  • Fill in the online form with your company details.
  • upload supporting documents and sumbit.
  • A Hilti representative will contac t you once the process is complete.

  • Follow these steps to set up your Hilti account
  • Download the credit application below and fill in the requested information.
  • The documents needed are:
  1.    Company registration (COR39)
  2.     VAT registration form
  3.     A copy of one of the directors ID
  • Email your application to : .
  • Personal surety needed from all company's registered as a CC and if the person signing the credit application is not a registered member we require a letter of resolution giving signatory authorization
  • A Hilti representative will contact you once the process is complete.


Cash Deposits, EFTs and Bank Transfers

If you would prefer to pay for an invoice/order immediately, and do not want to use Direct Debit or a Credit/Cheque Card, you can deposit or transfer the money to us directly.

Please use your Customer account Number as a reference on your deposit to allow speedy and accurate allocations. Banking details are as follows:

Ensure you contact us on 0112373062 (or you can request a call back) before transferring money to us directly. That way we can give you a relevant reference for your transfer and also inform our Credit Services Team of your incoming payment.
