STANDARD DELIVERY
All orders placed before 15:30 will be delivered within the next 1-2 business days. Between 06:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.
FREE Shipping for all online orders over R3500 Ex VAT.
Orders placed via Customer Services or Account Managers costs R350 for delivery.
Bulky goods such as 3 and 6 meter channels will be delivered within 2-3 business days, subject to a Break Bulk Handling fee.
Geographical restrictions apply for Port Nolloth (8280), Alexander Bay (8290), Springbok (8240), Lutzville (8165), Aggeneys (8893), Calvinia (8190). Within these areas we experience a 3 day delivery or pick-up time.
HILTI ONLINE DELIVERY
Place orders on the Hilti Website before 15:30 and we will deliver within two business days with FREE Shipping if your order is over R3500 Ex VAT.
Free shipping not applicable for bulky goods such as channels.
FLEET DELIVERY
All Fleet orders placed before 14:00 will be delivered within the next 1-2 business days. Between 06:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.
REPAIR PICKUP AND DELIVERY
Hilti tools are built to last. But in the unlikely event that a breakdown occurs, we will take care of it quickly and professionally.
You can book in your tool for repair online or by phone:
Most tools are repaired in 3-5 days (Door-to-door).
For tool that are out of the NO COST period, it is a flat delivery fee of R350.
Fleet tools and tools within their NO COST period, delivery is completely free.
EMERGENCY SAME DAY DELIVERY
Sometimes an emergency calls for quick action! Order before 1pm and arrange same day delivery via Customer Service. Delivery within a 25km radius of Johannesburg for a fee of R2300.
